How Do Project Life Cycles Differ Among Organizations?

Answer Question

1 Answer - Sort by: Date | Rating

The typical elements of a project Life cycle are the initiation, planning, Execution and closure phases. However these phases can be further broken down by organizations for their respective needs. For example,  the major phases in the project life cycles of both a software designing organization and a business organization would be the same but the phases would include further elements to suit the needs of each respective organization. Basically it all depends on the objectives, resources and deliverables of each organization.
