Are Ferrets Good Pets For Kids?

Depending how old the kids are. Ferrets are very lively, playful and have been known to bite. Kids that are too young I don't recommend. If you choose to get ferrets with your kids if they are younger, NEVER LEAVE THEM untended with them, for the ferrets safety and your kids.

Yes they are very good for kids, although they can be quite an responsibility :)

I strongly believe that no one should have ferrets (no matter how docile) when they have children that are less than 3 years old. Until the child is at least 8, play time, and interactions should always be supervised. I would never leave an uninformed kid with a ferret on his own (I fear for my fuzzies too much).

I hear they escape ALLOT so I'm not sure  probably not my friend had 3 and they all escaped in the night but my other friend had one and it went every ware with him even in his coat pocket
