What Are Your Future Plans For Virgin Atlantic Airways Group U.k?

First of all i will try to know what are the requirements of the company then i will plan accordingly and as i belive in my efforts so i will give my 100 percent to the company.
As far as my future plans concern i am planing to get a one chance in your group so that i can prove it to you as well

My 1st priority is to synchronize individual goal with company's goal.
Here i'do like to summarize few activities:
>  Devotion towards my work
>  Improvements not by maintaining stabilization but by
innovation
>  proper coordination among all functional departments.
>  By promotion not only meant for me to more and more
enjoy the benefits bruit to self accept the responsibilities
along with the woes.
>  Time by time being a senior I should try to encourage new
beneficiary ideas and being a junior or colleague i can
suggest effective ideas.
>  Every judgement along with work result should be
quantifiable so that proper assessment can be done..
>  I will continuously try to show my caliber and to
continuously improve it through my actions not through words
like loyalty, love etc.
>  Challenging work and methods should be tried in order to
compare the effectiveness.
>  It is most required to create and maintain a cheerful,
amiable and congenial atmosphere inside the company so that
maximum productivity can be derived.
