Can you get your mail at your Internet Provider's website?  If you can you can view (and mark it as spam) at some of them.  Another option would be to use a e-mail filter like ChoiceMail which is Free.  It will memorize everyone you 'presently' have in your address book and block all new-comers with a question. Computers don't have the time to figure out the question so you won't get the junk.  If it's a friend they only have to answer the question and you'll get a message (or indicator) to allow it through after which ALL mail from that person will come through.
