I Flush, I Let Go Of The Handle, It Stops. How Do I Get It To Keep Going?
As soon as i let go the flap closes it wont slowly close. I bought a new flap and that didn't work

You are on the right track - it is the flapper. You need to keep playing with it (e.g. Where the chain connects, how long the chain is, etc) until it flips backward on its own when the handle is pressed like it should.
