How Do I Access My User Account Information On My EMac?

First click on the apple icon, then click on 'System Preferences'. Under 'System', click on 'Account'. A pop-up menu will appear with a list of users down the side. Your account will be highlighted (you won't be able to click on anyone elses).

In the pop-up menu, you will be able to alter your name and password. You will also be able to change your account picture by selection one of the pictures on the right, or by clicking edit and adding your own picture. There is a snapshot feature which allows you to take your pictures. You can also be able to view and hide any log-in items. These are applications which open automatically when you log in.

When you have made any changes to your account, click on the padlock in the left corner of the pop-up window to save changes.
