Connect the Samsung Messenger as a USB Mass Storage Device with your Computer using the USB Cord.
Now you can access your memory card through your computer.
Now just copy the pictures from your Samsung Messenger (Memory Card) to your Computer.

Save the pics files to your samsung messenger memory card. If you do not have a memory card than get one. To get the pics from the phone to the pc open picture folder on the phone and hit options then hit copy. A dialog saying 'Copy Picture to card" is listed. Choose yes and the file will be on the card. Once all this has been done with however many pics you have then you can hook the usb data cable to a pc and download the pics to your computer
