Daily exercise, working the cardio-vascular system for twenty minutes is the best way to remain healthy. Alongside a good diet with plenty of good proteins, fruit and vegetables and possible supplements, exercise helps keep you sharp, physically and mentally.
This type of training keeps the mind clear, it allows the mind to wander and often results in clearer thinking because the mind is free to sort out problems unaided whilst the body works. It is often the case that when engaged physically, the mind works by itself to solve our problems.
Twenty minutes exercise three times per week is enough to make a difference, but daily exercise would really start to help the body in many ways, it shapes and slims the body, it impacts on the core muscles, tightening the gut and it makes for a healthy heart and lungs.
