Wash your face!!!! Are they red?? If they are red its acne. Duh!!!!! If you know its acne then wash ur face and get some acne cream..make sure the face wash is for acne. Good luck. :D

Ok this may seem weird but it actually works k except if its acne this doesnt work with acne................ok buy some bee pollen and mix it in with your face lotion just warm up the pollen and cream together and put it in a bottle and shake it until the pollen dissolves apply it to your face twice a day and lotion will go away i did the same thing it worked in like two months
