    The difference is simple and easily understandable. Real Estate Sales Person License is for those people who want to work in the real estate business with major interest in sale. Whereas if you're interested in starting a company of Real Estate Business then you need a Real Estate License.

      In the state of Florida do i need a real estate license to run and handle funds in the property management career. I am receiving different answers even from people in the property management field.
