All non-synthetic elements can be found in nature. To be found in nature an element must be stable, because the earth is so old anything unstable would have vanished millions of years ago. The only reason why synthetic elements only exist for a short time when scientists create them is because if they didn't they would not be synthetic elements because they would exist naturally.
