You would get pretty sick..... And possibly start liver damage.
Tylenol is NOT a benign drug, just because it is considered "gentle on the stomach". Anyone would have to be STUPID to take more than the recommended dosage. Tylenol will "Fry Your Liver", if taken too often, with alcohol, or taken in massive amounts. In 22 years of working in Emergency Service, and Emergency Rooms.... I have seem MANY Tylenol OD's. A good number of them require hemodialysis .
My own Mother was rather "addicted" to taking Tylenol for chronic pain. We begged her to NOT depend on it.... With no avail. One day she turned golden yellow. (No other signs or symptoms of anything else) We took her to the hospital. She was diagnosed with both Pancreatic and Liver cancer. She was given a prognosis of 8-12 months to live. Five days later she was dead.
The "PM" of Tylenol PM is simple Benadryl (or diphenhydramine). Used mainly for allergy, or allergic reactions. It causes drowsiness... So is being marketed as a sleep aid also. If the sleep effect is what you are looking for.... You can get the generic OTC at WalMart, Family Dollar, just about anywhere.... Cheaper, and No Tylenol!!

Im not entirely sure of what is in those exact pills as we do not have the tylenol branding here, but i have heard of tylenol 3s which contain 10mg codeine and 500mg acetaminophen (paracetamol) taking 8 at once would give you 4 grams of paracetamol in your system which would probably cause liver failure, if youre looking to get high off the codeine look into methods of removing the paracetamol so you dont die, there is plenty of info on the net about it
