I've Lost My Copy Of The Lease - Is The Landlord Required To Give Me Another Copy?

My landlord has notified us she will be increasing our rent by $500.00 when the lease said it would be raised no more than $100.00 each year after the first two years of a five year lease. But I've lost my copy of the lease.

    Yes, he should give you a new copy, even if he charges you for the inconvenience of having to do it. Hope this helps, good luck.
