Why Is It That The Renter Has To Buy Screens?
I live in the Seattle area. I need a patio screen . My landlord say"s I have to buy the screen, by the way it coast"s 150.00. What do I do.

Usually if you buy something you can take that amount out of your next month's rent

If you purchase the screen the amount can be deducted from your
rent. Also if the screen can be removed without damaging the property it is yours and should be removed upon vacating the property. Let the next person purchase a screen if they want one.
