Well, Ummmm, let me see now, just how old are you to have to ask this question. Men have an organ called a Penis that produces a means for sperm to reach an egg in a woman's Vagina. The woman have Ovaries that produce this egg. The results of this union, most times, result in a fetus to grow in the woman's womb and eventually, after about 9 months, a baby is born.
Is this serious enough for you ?

Males have sperm cells and females have egg cells.
Males have testes and females have ovaries.
Males have to produce their sperm and females' eggs are already produced during fetal development.
Males have a penis, obviously, and females a vagina.. Again, obviously lol.
Males and females have different sex hormones as well.
