Wales is just the right spot for camping with a lovely natural setting, scenic coasts and sandy beaches and lush vales with numerous picturesque castles dotting the countryside. The climate is ideally suited for camping and the number of recreational activities on offer all make for a perfect camping trip. Gwynedd, Pembroke shire and Ceredigion have the maximum number of camp sites and as such are more popular.
If one wants one can select from campsites offering the entire amenities from toilet and shower facilities and electric supply to bed and breakfast; everything one could wish for or choose the rugged and remote ones using one's own tents and other camping equipment. One can also go for caravans and experience the gypsy nomadic lifestyle, a truly unique experience.

Some of the campsites in Wales that may be mentioned are as follows
1.Haverfordwest
2.Narbeth Caravans and Camping
3.Kilgetty Camp Sites
4.Llangadog Caravan and Camping
5.Menai Bridge
6.Brecon Caravan and Campsite
7.Abergavenny Bunkhouse and Campsite
8.Caernarfon Bunkhouse and Caravans
9.Cardigan Camping and Caravanning
10.Harlech Caravan and Camping Park
