Answer Question

I would wait until they are coming out of the nest box or the mother rabbit could kill them.

Ok.. But i dont think that my rabbit can fit into the box with her babys. This is her first batch of babys and people are telling me that she isnt going to take care of them.

So do i put another box in there and let her move the babys or do i just leave her a lone???

Some times new mother rabbits (doe will not take care of their babies(kits) but a lot of them will.if the mother rabbit can get in the nest box and turn around the nest box is big enough.a doe will not stay in the nest box will her kits like a dog or cat will stay with their young. If you think that the nest boxs is to small get a biger box and put the kits in the person that takes care of the kits can move then into the bigger box the doe will know their scent good luck

Well our rabbits are about 5-6 weeks and we are holding them. And the mother is not bothered. And soon we will be selling them.

We always hold our babies approx 10 days after birth~But we always try to do it when Mum isn't in the hutch as well....although she is always near by and she doesn't seem too bothered. I have always had a stroke of Mum (or rubbed some bedding) as to keep the scent before hand  :)

I am un sure but i would let the rabbit go where she wants like in the garden or something and when she is out of the way hold them or wait until they have fur and opined eyes, when they start to really look like rabbits, so then the mother wont be so protective
