If you mean like, until you stop "feeling" it, i'd say no more than 12-14 hours total. If you mean to pass a drug test, no more than 5 days depending on if it's your first time taking adderall or if you have a low tolerance. Come to think of it, that factors into the "feeling" it part too, because if you have low tolerance you'll be buzzed longer.
