    A.)  In MS Excel, make 2 columns. The first one for values of x, the second for values of y. It's given that y = x^2. To fill the y column, use the POWER function of MS Excel. In the number field of the function, put the cell reference of the cell containing the x value. In the power field of the function put 2. Repeat the procedure for all values of x to get values of y.



    b.)To plot a graph in MS Excel, select the range of values for x and y. Click on the chart wizard button. Complete the wizard using the options you want to use to get the graph you want.
