    C(x) = 1.4x/100 - x

    As cost is the cost in millions and x = %

    Put C(x)= 60 %

    0.60= 1.4x/100 – x

    0.60(100-x)=1.4x

    60 – 0.60x= 1.4x

    1.4x+ 0.60x=60

    2x=60

    X=30
