Cornwall is a county located in South West England. There are a variety of places of interest in this county. Some of the pleasant places to visit in Cornwall include the Bodmin Moor, Carrick Roads, the Lost Gardens of Heligan, Looe Island, Penlee House or Eden Project. The museums in the area include the Barbara Hepworth Museum, the National Maritime Museum and the Trinity House National Lighthouse Museum. You can even plan a visit to Chûn Castle, Pendennis Castle, Restormel Castle, St Mawes Castle or Tintagel Castle.

For heritage railway lovers there is the Bodmin and Wenford Railway and the Lappa Valley Steam Railway. Surrounded by sea, Cornwall has a robust gastronomic heritage. The county has a rich and lively folk music tradition. It is popular for its unusual folk survivals such as the Furry Dance in Helston, Mummers Plays and Obby Oss in Padstow. While Cornish players regularly participate in inter-Celtic festivals, Cornwall too hosts some vibrant inter-Celtic festivals.
