Weber stated that the social inequality and classes was due to three factors which are Wealth, power and prestige. He thought that the social inequality and class formation was due to the ideas regarding the given three factors. He explained that what matters the most is the meaning and significance that we give to certain things in the society and our lives. These ideas are what make people unequal on from each other and one person or group of people is given preference over the other. So due to their importance, the change of ideas also bring about many changes in the society.
