    Exercise is the most important element in reducing your weight and getting slim. Go for simple exercise like Jogging for one hour in morning and one hour in night. If you don't have time to go outside for jogging or can't manage to go outside, then you can do "Skipping" at home, It is Jogging equivalent.
    Don't go for Oliy and Junk food. Prefer Green Tea(without sugar) and Water to drink. Start taking different kinds of Salads, they help in adjusting more easily for dieting.
