I Need Some Examples Of A Angiosperms Plant That Do Not Function In The Normal Manner?

Normally angiosperms have true roots, stems, leaves and flowers. The roots grow into the soil to anchor the plant, they take up water & nutrients. The stem provide above ground support. I'm looking for some examples that are different or unusual.
