I Had Intercourse With A Partner And Now My Throat And Tongue Are Dry. Can This Be HIV?

I had sex and i was feeling fine. One day i was laying in my bed and my penis and testicles were stinging. After the stinging i felt a rushing sensation in my prostate area. So i rushed to the doctor's office and had them to take urine and blood samples. They told me that all the test were negative. Now I have stinging and tingling all over my body and my tongue is turning white. Do you think this can be HIV?

These are not signs of HIV. The early signs of HIV can be fatigue, flu throat infection and weight loss etc. The causes of tingling in your body might be some other. For your satisfaction get second opinion from another doctor.
