Alternative Medicine covers a lot of things it basically means anything that is not the pharmaceutical type of medicine that your doctor would normally prescribe. So therefore there is homeopathy, reflexology, reiki, aromatherapy, colour therapy, acupuncture, acupressure, good nutrition, etc etc. If you look up any one of these with google i am sure you will get a excellent description of what they Encompass.
