Answer Question

My answer will be in the form of possible and probable places to find the information you seek. First go to task bar and enter Adoption Records in your Search Bar and click. You will find a number of sites for Adoption Searches, just look over the information to get comfortable with the idea; there is a way to find your brother and information about him. There is HOPE!

Below are some ideas of Sites and Places to search. I would recommend avoid seeking help where payment is required at this point. You will know if and when you need an attorney!
