There are many factors involved in changing the earth's surface. Earth's surface can change because of Volcanic action, wind erosin, weathering of rocks, Heat and pressure etc. These natural actions can break rocks and mountains into pieces, carry rocks to different places, form new layers of land etc and thus result in changing the earth's surface.
