    There are a number of duties allotted and taken care of by specially trained staff, within various industries. Each member is a part of a team, either the head or a part of the functioning body, and is dedicated to the end result desired by that particular department. Some of the designations that are identified within any industry and which take on focused productivity include the Purchase Executive, Marketing Executive, Sales Executive and Stores Executive. The duties of each department are spelt out and industry specific.
    The duties of a Purchase Executive will vary depending upon the industry. Generally, the duties include arranging for the compensation trends applicable to the industry and expensing the options available at hand. Then, the Purchase Executive also has to ensure that the company has a proper pay structure in place to optimize the end results and productivity of staff and stores. The Purchase Executive is also responsible to apply the importance of disclosure within the company environment. The Purchase Executive heads the purchase department and is completely responsible for the routine checks within the department that is the most sensitive to inflation within the industry. The executive is directly answerable to the management for every subsequent link to the other departments.
