Then, the Purchase Executive also has to ensure that the company has a proper pay structure in place to optimize the end results and productivity of staff and stores. The Purchase Executive is also responsible to apply the importance of disclosure within the company environment. The Purchase Executive heads the purchase department and is completely responsible for the routine checks within the department that is the most sensitive to inflation within the industry. The executive is directly answerable to the management for every subsequent link to the other departments.
