Can I Use Attack Potion For Lv 70 To Use WHIP?
Im att lv60 now, i will get to lv 73 with a super att pot. Can I use the whip this way?

No you can not. When you look at your skills tab on the game, you will see two numbers on each skill. The upper left number is the number that indicates a change in the stat when a potion or other item is used. The lower number is your true level and you can only wield items according to the lower number level.
