It all depends.. Are you taking it to help you sleep? I am a strong believer in advil.it works the best for me...but if you're taking it to help you sleep... Try unisome..it doesnt have everything else in it that advil has in it.unless you are sick.

Advil PM is motrin with benadryl, tylenol PM is tylenol with benadryl, if your taking it to sleep just buy benadryl or diphenhydramine(generic), if your taking it for aches/pain as well as sleep which works better for you? Tylenol or motrin?
