What Does Pogo Dance Mean?

Pogo dance is basically a very simple dance. All you have to do to start with a pogo dance on the dance floor is to jump up and down. But the trick is you have to stay in the same area. It is associates itself really well with punk rock. Another reference to this group is the pogo mob. This group is usually found at a punk concert.

In this dance there are certain steps that one can choose to follow are; first, keep the torso inflexible. Two, hold you arm stiffly at your sides. Three, keep your legs together and help yourself by kicking around and last keep jumping around, i.e. either jump up or down or you can even jump in any direction. One thing that you must known before you go pogo dancing is, you can be very prone to injuries when pogoing around. But this dance is definitely fun and not considered to be a fight.
