    If you're talking about a lettuce salad you can add in all of your favorite vegetables. I add in lettuce, onion, green pepper, red pepper, cucumber, and shredded carrot and add about 3 tablespoons of LIGHT italian dressing put in a bowl and put a cover on it and shake it up so the dressing is evenly distributed. Eating one of those a day and removing noodles has helped me lose a consistant 3 pounds a week for a strait month.
