1 Answer - Sort by: Date | Rating

The Parliament of England is located in London in England. The place where it is located is called The Palace of Westminster or the House of Parliament or even Westminster Palace. It is located on the northern bank of the Thames River in the borough of London and close to the buildings in Whitehall. One of the oldest places here is the Westminster Hall which dates back to 1097.
The palace itself is a magnificent structure with about 1000 rooms including lobbies, libraries, gymnasiums, bars as well as dining rooms. It is here that one of the most prestigious events i.e. the State Opening of Parliament takes place. One of the palace's most prominent features is the clock tower, which house the Big Ben bell.
