How About The Lemon Juice?

Answer Question

Since your question is in diets, then I am assuming that you are asking about dieting with it. It doesn't really help to eat just that, but to take foods with vinegar in them too. Or grapefruit. I lived on pickles and buttermilk for a while, lost some weight. I love them both, so that was easy for me.

The Lemonade Diet/Master Cleanse Diet consists of a recipe similar to:
      • 60 oz spring water per day (spread over 6 10 oz glasses)
      • 12 tablespoons Organic Grade B Maple Syrup (or 2 tbsp. Per glass)
      • 12 tablespoons freshly squeezed organic lemon juice (or 2 tbsp. Per glass)
      • a little over half a teaspoon of cayenne pepper (or 1/10 tsp. Per glass)
This diet is intended to cut out food intake drastically and many equate the water weight lost in this period to be true fat loss, but this is not the case.  Stop this diet and the weight returns.  I do not recommend this for weight loss, but it is stated to make people fell better overall after being on this for short periods only.  This is not a long-term program as it goes against what nature has prescribed for our bodies.
