Can I Evict A Tenant For Property Damage Even If The Tenant Has Paid For Rent A Year In Advance?

I have a tenant who had not complied with an oral agreement regarding storage of my personal belongings. The tenant has neglected my property and caused it to be ruined. He has paid me up front for 12 months rent. Can I evict him due to the pain of suffering and damages he has caused me in loosing all my lifelong achievements?

In my opinion, you will need to evaluate and see if it is justified for you to  let your property be ruined or you refund the up front paid to you and give notice to your tenant to live in one month. You can also consult with the laws and regulations governing private renting set out in the private tenancy agreement. Hope this can help. Good luck

What makes you think tenant will respect your property if you place it in a rented environment. Are you paying them for its care? You've got a tough one here pal, because the careof your personal property is not part aned parcel of their rental premises or is it?
