    To tone up your legs you will definitely have to do a lot of leg exercise. First thing you need to do is go running. Next try and do some weights. You can try and use thigh adductor and abductor weights machines. Try and also do some kind of ballet. Rond de jambe and passé such moves will help you ton up your legs.

    Incase you are very much the bike person who only loves moving around with bikes, AVOID IT! Instead try and move around with a cycle. Peddling definitely works really well. It will also help you form a very good lower body. Try and swim, by swimming I mean do some more kicking rather than using your arms.
