This Question Is Answered:
 My Mother Owes A Credit Card Debt, She Is On Social Security, Can A Debt Collector Collect From Her? And My Father Collects A Pension. Can The Collection Agency Take The Money From Hi Pension?

 If there is a judgment against her or both of them, social security is usually exempt from garnishments where as pension is not exempt.  Most judgments do however, allow a writ of execution which allows the plaintiff (creditor) to seize other property such as vehicles or placing liens on realestate.
