What Kind Of Legal Action Can I Take If My Landlord Hasn't Given Me My Deposit Back Within The 30days?

The landlord can be held for severe penalties if he doesn't give your deposit back. The law varies from state to state. Normally the landlord should return your security back within 14 to 30 days. It depends but if u believe that u deserve that money back and can provide it u can take them to small claims court
