      Hi,

I have taken orthodontic treatment couple of years. Some of the things that doctors use is very allergic. In fact I had the swollen throat and bubbles all over my tongue. The best you can do. Use warm salt water to goggle now and then. Most of the anesthetic and the paste which they use make teeth masks might cause allergic reactions. For time being use salt water. Consult your doctor and check for allergic reaction.
