I know how many elements there are; 92 and almost 112 because of recent discoveries. However, I would like to know how many non-elements there are to further my grade 12 high school education.

112 are the elements discovered in our universe. If you see the periodic table, all of these names are mentioned along with their atomic numbers , atomic mass and mass numbers. Now coming to the question,, non-element means either its a compound or a mixture. The total number of compounds is about two million. Carbon, however, forms 1,700,000 compounds all by itself in a most.
