I don't know if it is okay to have zyrtec but the dose would be to high so you should take them to the ER and/or call poison control and see.

It's best if you see a vet, just to make sure that your puppy didnt ingest too much of the pill, and if he didnt ingest an unhealthy amount, then at least his indoor/outdoor seasonal allergy symptoms will be treated and relieved for the next 24 hours :-)
