(conclusion) this is a rhetorical statement also it is a valid argument because the premise supports the conclusion but it is not sound because it can not be proven true, it also is a prejudicial use because it is biased on his race nonprejudicial would be baraka obama would not make a good president, because he would not consider everyones rights.
