Is Fast Food Healthy To Eat?

Answer Question

5 Answers - Sort by: Date | Rating

No, fast food is not healthy since it usually involves deep frying and that much oil is not good for our heart. People who have fast food on a regular basis, develop a lot of problems such as high cholestrol, blood pressure, heart disease and obesity. It's always better to go for food which does not have too much oil and spices. Fast food not only contains a lot of oil but is also high in carbohydrates. So it's better to opt for vegetables and fruits and not to have fast food regularly. Once or twice a week is ok but fast food should definitely not be on the menu everyday.

Not for the most part, it is packed full of preservatives. If you're looking for healthy options, some fast food chains offer salads, fruit, yogurt, and fresh veggies. I hope this helps=]

Generally, its all over-processed and full of sugar, salt & preservatives. Just watch Super Size Me or Fast food nation and you'll never want fast food again!
