Research has proved that the Class B Vitamins help the human body to be relieved of stress and build enormous amount of energy in the body. B vitamins make the body very active and on the go. B vitamins give a glow to the skin and also make it quite healthy. B vitamins also have the power to increase metabolism in the body and makes us fast and flexible without giving us any stress. All in all, it keeps the body and mind fresh all the time. B vitamins also help in countering depression and cardiovascular diseases. Some of the food items which contain B vitamin are potatoes, sea food, bananas, beer and other such similar forms.

      Excellent question. Those who have weakened immune systems due to allergies including foods, will find that they can't absorb certain nutrients. Taking vitamins may not help if this is the case because they body cannot absorb them. See a NAET professional who can diagnose you. Also it is known that to get the best out of a vitamin, it is profitable to purchase non generic and cheap products because they more difficult for the body to absorb due to the ingredients used to bind the product together.
