    If you want something that will keep up your energy and is good for you, you should eat protein and fiber. Example egg or 2 with whole grain bread, you should make sure the bread has at least 2 grams of fiber a serving because we are suppose to have at least 30 grams a day.

      The old saying is 'breakfast like a king, lunch like a prince, sup like a pauper' - which means you can have a big breakfast because you will work it off during the day, while a big evening meal is less healthy. Tasty, healthy options include wholemeal bread or toast with boiled or scrambled egg; a high fibre cereal, porridge or muesli with a little honey and milk, or yoghurt, plus fresh fruit; or a bigger breakfast with grilled bacon or sausage, mushroom and tomato.         If you are on a diet you should just..........um this is hard cause I'm a 10 year old and that is hard
