Water moves through a propeller which is wrapped around by a lot of copper wire because it conducts electricity really well the friction of the propellers create heat which expels electrons making electricity if works like a giant alternator

Usually,a lake which  is  present  in the  mountain  will  collect  the  water  by   rainfall. And  that  water  is collected  together  and  it  is  bring  down  to the dam by using pipes  whose  diameter  is  very  large.then  the  water  fromm  the pipe  is  made  to  pass  through  the  rotating  turbine   which  is  fixed  at  the  dam.so,water  through  the pipes will  have  a  strong  force  so  as  to  strikes  the  turbine  at  very  high  pressure.so  at  that  time  electricity  is  produced  by  the  maximum  force  of  water.
