Very poor chances of pregnancy if male ejaculate outside completely. Some people believe that pre-cum contains sperms and can cause pregnancy. This is not true if the male is having first sex on that day. This pre-cum is Cowper's gland secretion and its function is to change the pH of urinary tract from acidic to alkaline. After the ejaculation, some sperms can stay in the tract and can be released in pre-cum during second sex attempt within 2-3 hours. That is possible explanation of high failure rate of withdrawal method of contraption.
