How Does Room Temperature Effect Raw Meat Vs. Cooked Meat?

Answer Question

1 Answer - Sort by: Date | Rating

In raw meat the microorganisms (bacteria) will grow faster than in cooked meat because in the cooked meat, the bacteria have been killed, however, in the raw meat the bacteria are still present thus there will be a greater number of bacteria in raw meat at room temperature than cooked meat. Also depends on how long you leave it out.
