This Question Is Answered:
Can I tell my Landlord that I dont want them to enter the property?
I will be moving out of the house in a week and a half. However this weekend they want to have an open house, which is when I will do a bulk of my moving. Can I tell them no that I do not want to have the open house?

YES YOU CAN. I SAW THIS ON THE NEWS. IF YOU PAY YOUR RENT ON TIME AND DON'T COST ANY TROUBLE. THEN YOU HAVE THE RIGHT.THEY MAY OWN THE PLACE BUT WHO LIVES THERE.I HOPE THINGS WORK OUT FOR YOU AND THE LANDLORD. SCOBBY-DOO

It would seem that they can.. You are leaving, they need to fill the house, they own it and as a result can have a "open house" I cannot think how this would be an inconvenience to you. You will not be around for the most part
